Drug Discovery Process

HTG Therapeutics will combine deep transcriptome mining expertise with an array of medicinal chemistry computational filters to construct custom libraries for the screening of compelling molecular targets. Screening these targets, including phenotypic approaches, will create a pipeline of early-stage discovery programs to be optimized into development candidates for diseases with significant unmet therapeutic need.
