NATURE SHORTCAST: Utilizing GEP to Integrate Biomarker Data and Illuminate Complex Biology
Given the inherently complex and dynamic relationship between cancer biology and the immune system, there is great benefit to utilizing high-plex transcriptomic profiling assays to survey broad aspects of biology. One practical limitation to molecular profiling methods is small size of the clinical specimens. By utilizing the HTG EdgeSeq technology together with next-generation sequencing (NGS), HTG EdgeSeq assays measure mRNA expression from lysates prepared from a single section of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue without the need to extract nucleic acids.
This presentation will highlight our newly released HTG EdgeSeq Precision Immuno-Oncology Panel that was specifically developed to answer a wide range of translational questions tied to immuno-oncology and known drug resistance pathways.
