HTG EdgeSeq reagents

HTG EdgeSeq system automates our novel target capture and library preparation chemistry. With it, scientists can go from raw sample to sequencing-ready libraries in ~28 hours with less than a few hours of hands-on time. HTG EdgeSeq chemistry also eliminates biases associated with DNA/RNA extraction, size selection, cDNA synthesis, and adapter ligation. This helps ensure libraries prepared from precious samples like formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue, or plasma, can be generated reproducibly. HTG EdgeSeq system informatics package greatly simplifies data analysis and is significantly faster than sRNA or mRNA sequencing.
