qSelect miRNA gene list features include:

• miRNA sequences from the human, rat or mouse transcriptome — qSelect is regularly updated to match the content of the current miRBase database.
• The ability to measure mRNA and miRNA in the same sample.
• Pre-identified cross-reactivity for key miRNA families with high homology — While the experimental conditions minimize cross-reactivity, each probe in the gene list has been pre-screened for cross reactivity against the other known miRNAs. Cross-reactive members are identified so the researcher can adjust the data analysis procedure or pick other miRNAs to measure.
